GranMartha's Birthday

We had the fam over last night to celebrate my mom's birthday!

Jackson is really into knowing everyone's favorite color. His GranMartha's favorite color is purple, so he wanted her to have a purple party. We had a hard time finding all things purple, but we made it work! Of course, we had to have balloons too! (4 year olds are great party planners!)

There is a new bakery here that sells real French Macaroons! We had rose and chocolate hazelnut macaroons for dessert...oohlala!

Pops brought dinner. Lupe Tortilla! Thanks, Pops!

Jackson decorated GranMartha's card with purple stickers. He went through a whole sticker book and picked out all the ones with purple on them!

Ben loves his GranMartha! We gave her The Pioneer Woman's cookbook...I think Ben will love the outcome of that too!

The little boys got cake pops for dessert! Chocolate in honor of GranMartha!

The boys played baseball after dinner. Ryan took off his work shirt and about 1 second later Jackson took his shirt off too! This boy thinks his Uncle Ryan is the COOLEST!

James needed a water break. Look at those precious, red cheeks!

Once Ben noticed that the big boys took their shirts off, he insisted his come off too. I just can't keep clothes on my boys!

A Fin-Tastic 4th Birthday

We celebrated Jackson's 4th birthday with a SHARK party! He came up with the theme and we went with it!

Jackson is 4!

My precious Jackson is 4 years old today! Oh, how I love that kid!!! We are going to PARTAY this coming weekend!
Papa John, Nana, & Uncle Morgan came in for the weekend to celebrate Jackson with us! We had a short and sweet visit, but Jackson felt very special.

I made cupcakes (in green wrappers and with green candles, of course). He smiled from ear to ear while we sang "happy birthday".
