Weekend

This weekend was Winter's Eve at church. Jackson got to be in it both nights. We tried to get a good picture, but it was really dark. This is what we got:

He LOVES being on stage!!! I'm a little nervous about that! :-)

Saturday night we had Ryan's office party at the Alden hotel downtown. It was so nice! I felt all grown up leaving our baby and going to an office party. We're old!

When we got home Saturday night, this is what we found on our camera:

Sorry it's been a while since we've updated! I don't really have anything specific to post, but I do have random pictures from the past couple weeks.






Jackson has had many firsts lately...He helped preach his first sermon on Sunday!!! He did such a good job. He was just hanging out with his Pops while he preached about children. It was the sweetest thing ever! I wish I had a picture. This weekend he's going to be in Winter's Eve at church, so hopefully I'll get some pictures of that!

We are looking forward to Jackson's first Christmas!!!

Happy Birthday Papa John!

Jackson's Papa John & Nana came to visit this weekend. We celebrated John's birthday while they were here...Jackson loved the balloons! Ryan and his dad worked very hard this weekend installing french doors at our house. I LOVE them!!! It looks way better than the sliding doors from the 80's that were there!!! We're looking forward to a fun Thanksgiving weekend coming up...so much to be thankful for! A few pics from our little bday party:

What a fun weekend!!! Ryan & Kathryn surprised my dad and flew in this weekend for his 50th birthday. We all spent the weekend together...mostly eating and talking! So fun!!!

The Jackson Tour: Part Three

Our last stop was Columbia, TN to visit my dad's mom- Jackson's Great Grandmama. He sure loved being there. :-)

We had such a wonderful week in TN! Jackson was such a trooper!!! He did great on the flights there and back. Well, he did get a little fussy, but it wasn't bad. There was one guy sitting behind me on the plane who leaned up and asked, "Do you have a bottle?" when Jackson was crying. I just said, "No." I mean- who does that? How rude! We made it though. Home sweet home!

We spent the beginning of the week in Lebanon with my mom's side of the family. Jackson loved being spoiled there!!!

The Jackson Tour: Part One

We've joked that Jackson has been on tour lately! We went to Abilene last weekend. Then I took him to Lebanon and Columbia (TN) this week. He's visited all of his great-grandparents now and most of the family. Here are the pics from Abilene:
