Blueberry Muffins

Ryan is in a weekly breakfast club at work. Each Monday 2 people bring breakfast for the group. It's great because each person only brings it a few times a year but gets a yummy breakfast every Monday. Last week was his week, so I made a LOT of blueberry muffins. I used Barefoot Contessa's Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins recipe. So delicious!!! (Try it. You'll love it!) My official taste tester enjoyed them!

Sunday with Papa John

Papa John came to visit a couple weeks ago! He had meetings in Houston on Monday, so he flew in Sunday to hang out for the day. The boys thought it was such a special treat!

Put Your Body On The Potty...

 *WARNING: Potty post! This is one of those "for my records" posts. Feel free to skip this one! haha

My sweet (but oh so stubborn) Ben has been officially potty-trained for about a month now! Can I get an Amen? It's about time!

I would like to thank Elmo and his super catchy "put your body on the potty" youtube video. I'd also like to thank Nana who gave Ben $20 and told him he could go to the toy store after he used the potty. (That boy looked at that 20 dollar bill for a week before he decided he would try to go potty.) Lastly, I'd like to thank Netflix on the iPad for entertaining Ben for 2 hours while he sat on the potty the day he decided to go!

Sweet Ben has been potty trained ever since he used it the first time!

Jude the Dude

Jude Walter Norman was born last night (September 12) at 11:57 p.m. weighing in at 8 pounds and 8 ounces. He is absolutely perfect! Kathryn is supermom and pushed that baby out without any drugs! Mom and baby are both doing well.

GranMartha kept my kiddos this morning for me so I could go meet my sweet nephew at the hospital. I am so in love with him already!!!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow! We're so thankful for another precious addition to our family!
