Jackson is 4!

My precious Jackson is 4 years old today! Oh, how I love that kid!!! We are going to PARTAY this coming weekend!
Papa John, Nana, & Uncle Morgan came in for the weekend to celebrate Jackson with us! We had a short and sweet visit, but Jackson felt very special.

I made cupcakes (in green wrappers and with green candles, of course). He smiled from ear to ear while we sang "happy birthday".

Summer Fun

We stayed at Pops & GranMartha's to house sit/dog sit while they went on their trip. The boys love staying there! Jackson made many creations with his waffle blocks.

 

The Smiths were on the trip too, and let us use their pool while they were away. We enjoyed many evenings swimming at the pool!

Ryan taught Jackson some super cool tricks on the diving board.

Ryan also thought Jackson's life jacket was interfering with his cannonballs, so he took it off. I guess I've been overprotective, b/c he could swim all over that pool just fine! I'm glad 2 years of once a week swim lessons have worked. :-)

Jackson also learned how to use the kickboard. He got a great workout!

We went to Uncle Ryan & Kaki's house for 4th of July! So fun!

Beach Week

We just returned from a FABULOUS week at the beach! Thank you to our wonderful friends, the Smiths, for sharing their beautiful beach house with us.

We love it when the ice cream truck comes to the beach!

We went to the Aquarium at Moody Gardens. The boys loved it! Jackson is now OBSESSED with sharks!

We also went to Palm Beach one day. Such a great waterpark for little kids!
