Sunday

Yesterday Ruby wore one of my baby outfits to church!
Doesn't she look adorable?!!!
Ruby loves her Pops. In fact, he got her very first smile several weeks ago!
We love Sunday lunches at my parents house! My mom makes the most delicious meals. Yesterday she just whipped up a roast with carrots and onions, green beans, potato casserole, rolls, sweet tea, and a homemade lemon meringue pie. Ryan has been extra excited about eating over there lately since I've been slacking in the cooking department.

GranMartha got the boys a new ring toss game!

After naptime, the boys had some work to do!

Jackson came into Ruby's room when i was changing her and wanted me to take silly pictures of him! Here we go:

Sundays are my favorite day of the week for sure!

Keepin It Real

I know I know...I'm so behind on blogging. Let's be for real. I am so behind on everything. Life with 3 little ones is a bit busy, but oh so fun! Here's a random update from the past 3 weeks.

My Aunt Mary (my mom's twin sister) came to visit! We had such a good time with her.
Of course, we had to take her to Pappasitos for some TexMex.

Ruby modeling her pink bathrobe!
Pops & GranMartha took us out for "double cheeseburgers" after Jackson's tball game. Jackson loves the Berenstein Bears book Play A Good Game. In the story, the bears go out for double cheeseburgers after the game. So, Jackson was convinced that's what we needed to do too! :-)
Ruby & her Daddy
Can't believe my baby is 2 months old!!! She had a great 2 month checkup, weighing in at 9 pounds 12 ounces. Poor baby did not like her shots though. The boys had a super fun time with Kaki & James last week while I took Ruby to her 2 month checkup. Read about it here.
We started swim lessons again last week. (We took a 2 month break after Ruby was born.)
sweet brothers working on their projects together
The first night we were home from the hospital after Ruby was born, we heard a loud noise while the boys were in the bathtub. When Jackson pulled on the soap dish, the whole wall fell down. Thankfully, no one was hurt!
So, we got to have our bathroom redone! The boys love their new shower.
my big boy having fun at the park
sweet Ruby is all smiles these days!
love my little family
Ryan found a little snake when he was working in the yard. Gives me the heeby-jeebys. Gross!
Buzz Lightyear wanted to protect his sister.
It was 86 degrees in Houston this weekend. Hot enough for the pool!
