3 Months & Counting

Life at the Davis household has been busy, but good lately. We celebrated Jackson's 3 month birthday on the 10th. He's already so big!!! He weighs almost 14 pounds, holds his head up, smiles, laughs, "stands up", rolls over, "talks", and many more fun things. Last weekend we took him on his first camping adventure. We went to Camp Tomahawk on the FCYG retreat. He did awesome! I think he likes the outdoors. Sunday was a special day. because our sweet friend Phoebe got baptized...yeah!!! We had a fun party to celebrate! Jackson got to spend Monday with his Pops and GranMartha, since Ryan and I were sick. Thankfully that's over! We're getting ready to go to Abilene this weekend for Homecoming. Go Wildcats! Then Jackson and I are off to Tennessee next week to visit some relatives. I've been a major slacker about keeping up with the blog, so I'll try to do better! Here are some pictures of our little cutie!

Good Weekend

We had a really good weekend. Our friend Max from New York was in town, so we had dinner with him Friday night. It was so fun to see him! Saturday we just hung out! It was so nice to have some down time as a family!!! And Sunday was of course busy, but a good day. Some pics from the weekend...

Swimming

Yesterday we took Jackson swimming for the first time. The Smith's are letting us use their pool while they're in Italy, so we went over last night when Ryan got home from work. I didn't know if Jackson would like it b/c I thought the water was a little chilly, but he LOVED it!!! We got some good video, so hopefully Ryan can put that up later. Anyways, here are a few pictures of the boys at the pool!

Cleaning is Cool

Jackson was thoroughly entertained today by my cleaning! He sat in his Bumbo seat and laughed at me the whole time!!! I don't know why he thinks cleaning is so much fun, but he made it much more enjoyable for me today!

OK- he did get bored eventually!

Jackson loves to smile these days, and we are loving it! He is so much fun!!! He's 8 weeks old now...I can't believe it! He already knows when we're giving him attention and when we're not!!! He has a fake scream he does when he wants us to play with him...should I be worried??? I hope he isn't spoiled already. Here are some recent pictures- sorry it's been a while.
